Intent on furthering her expertise, Brittany is on a trajectory to become a BCBA, aspiring to make a lasting difference. Her bilingual proficiency extends her reach, allowing her to offer essential support to Spanish-speaking families, exemplifying her unwavering passion for fostering inclusivity and growth.

With extensive experience spanning several years in the ABA field, Kelly's passion for working with children of all ages is evident. Currently embarking on a pursuit of a nursing degree, she envisions a powerful synergy between her ABA expertise and healthcare education. Kelly's forward-looking ambition aims to seamlessly integrate her two areas of expertise to offer specialized services within the Health Industry, catering to the unique needs of individuals with special requirements. Rebecca is a proud graduate of William & Mary University with a Bachelor's in Psychology, brings a wealth of experience as a peer advisor and dedicated volunteer for various organizations. Fueled by her passion for art, Rebecca has joined us as a Behavior Technician to delve into the world of ABA. Additionally, she takes on the role of our Art Instructor, seamlessly merging her love for creativity with a commitment to behavioral science.

Gabriela, a psychology student at NOVA, is on a mission to explore the intricacies of ABA. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Gabriela has joined the PosAbilities Behavior Tech team, bringing her bilingual expertise to support Spanish-speaking families. Eager to bridge the gap between psychology and practical application, she's committed to making a meaningful impact in the world of behavioral science.

Tsehay Bizu is a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over two years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Proficient in behavior intervention, data collection, and collaboration, Tsehay is committed to fostering positive behavioral change. She joined PosAbilities Clinic to continue creating impactful, supportive environments that empower individuals and families.

Rob is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology with a Concentration in Clinical Psychology at George Mason University since August 2023. His inspiration for entering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) stems from having a family member with Down Syndrome, where he witnessed the transformative potential of effective therapy. Roberto is passionate about learning methods to assist individuals from a young age through early intervention

Kiran Ahmed brings over two years of dedicated caregiving and support experience, including roles at Kiddie Academy and Inova Health System. With her compassionate approach and multilingual abilities (English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi), Kiran effectively engages diverse clients and families. She joined PosAbilities Clinic to further her passion for nurturing growth and providing meaningful support to individuals with disabilities.

Madina Halim is an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and special education professional, with over three years of experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities. Skilled in ABA therapy, multidisciplinary collaboration, and family support, Madina is dedicated to enhancing communication, social skills, and independence.
