Claudia's passion for ABA started years ago as a parent of a child with disabilities. Her goal is to take each and everyone's abilities and turn them into possibilities, that is where PosAbilities came from. She is inspired every day by the individuals we serve and the growth that we are privileged to be part of.
Claudia has worked with business of all sizes from start ups to fortune 500s. She earned a MS in Technology Management and MSpEd/ABA Graduate certification from George Mason University. Her entrepreneur nature inspires her to develop unique programs to meet the needs of the population we serve. We incorporate the experimental side of ABA to challenge the status quo. Her goal is to create programs that are innovating, unique and fun for the participants and staff. She has stated a unique vocational program that prepares individuals for a career and includes a entrepreneurship track. Our unique school break programs follow her philosophy of make it fun, educational and age appropriate.
Carol has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 1998. She prioritizes pairing and building trust with clients through fun activities and play. Communication, self-advocacy, and social skills are Carol’s top priority for all our clients.
KayLynn started as a BT in her undergraduate coursework as a volunteer. She loved it so much that she changed her degree and eventually got her masters and became a BCBA.
She would like to get to a point where she can offer diagnostics and assist with pointing families in the right direction even when ASD is ruled out
Erin got her BCBA certification in 2009 and has been working as a BCBA and Supervisor since then. Erin works with individuals with various needs. She is our Staff Development and Certification Coach and provides supervision and coaching to individuals pursuing their RBT and BCBA certifications
Kristin got her BCBA certification in 2021, she has been working as a Special Needs educator for over 10 years in Fairfax and plans to continue in the field of ABA using her
Ryan joined PosAbilities as an Apprentice to the BCBA position. He has over 3 years of experience in the ABA field. Recently graduating from GMU with a master’s in special education, he is completing his field work and hiss long-term goal is to achieve the BCBA certification and to deliver meaningful services to his team and clients.
Brittany's passion for serving individuals with special needs started very young. Having a sister with down syndrome she saw the benefits of ABA first hand. She has been working in the ABA field for over 4 years and plans to continue her studies to become a BCBA. Brittany is bilingual and provides support to Spanish speaking families.
Abby started working in the ABA field in 2013 While working as a substitute Instructional assistant in an Autism classroom. Her goal is to continue her education to become a BCBA.
She loves getting to work with clients and their families, watching those lives improve because of the programing the team has carried out and transferred.
Virginia's fondness of ABA began from growing up with a family member with intellectual and developmental disorders. She has been working in the ABA field for over 9 years, working with individuals of all ages across settings. Virginia plans to receive her BCBA in the near future.
Kelly has been working in the ABA field for years. She loves working with children of all ages. She is currently pursuing a nursing degree and hopes to couple her education and ABA experience to provide services in the Health Industry to those with special needs.
Wara’s passion was always to work with children and make a difference in the lives or individuals with special needs. Having the opportunity to work at PosAbilities is giving her the chance to growth and learn in the ABA field. She sees the potential in each client and seeing them reach a goal is very fulfilling. Wara is bilingual and provides support to Spanish speaking families.
Rachel is pursuing her BS in Marine Science. She is excited to explore the field of ABA and is working towards getting her RBT. Rachel enjoys working with individuals of all ages and supports our school break programs when she is not in school
Matt attended James Madison University and graduated in 2021 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies with a minor in Special Education. He specialized in general and adaptive curriculum special education and had the opportunity to work with students of all grades. He plans on becoming a BCBA
Eileen graduated from WVU with a BS and is planning to continue with her graduate studies in Clinical Psychology. She has experience working with children with ASD and other diagnosis. Progress and seeing a child’s quality of life improve are the most rewarding aspects of working in ABA for Eileen.
Leslie first got involved in ABA by watching her son receive services and seeing interventions that were implement worked. Leslie recently finished taking her BCaBA coursework through FIT and plans to sit for her BCaBA exam soon. She loves learning ABA interventions and can't wait to implement what she learns with clients.
Allison has a BS in Human and Child Development and an MS in Administration of Aging Organizations. She has been in the field of Education, both as a Co-Director of a local preschool and a Pre-K teacher for over 15 years. Allison enjoys working with families and children of all ages.
Our Client Support Specialist coordinates client intakes and scheduling. She is interested in pursuing a career psychology.
Lisa brings with her more than 8 years' experience in the field of medical billing, coding and insurance. Lisa is certified by the National Health career Association as a Billing and Coding Specialist, and although she has worked within a variety of specialties, her heart knows that her love lies within the field of ABA.
