Fueled by her deep passion, she set out to create a world where every individual's unique talents could flourish. This vision gave birth to PosAbilities, a testament to her commitment to fostering growth and potential.
Drawing inspiration from the remarkable individuals we serve, Claudia's heart beats for the progress we are privileged to witness every day. Her expansive experience spans businesses of all scales, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Armed with an MS in Technology Management and an MSpEd/ABA Graduate certification from George Mason University, Claudia seamlessly blends her expertise with her entrepreneurial spirit.
Her creative drive fuels the development of pioneering programs tailored to the needs of our community. Embracing the experimental aspects of ABA, Claudia dares to challenge convention, ensuring our approach remains innovative and dynamic. Her ultimate goal is to craft programs that are not only effective but also enjoyable for both participants and staff.
