SUMMER program assistants

PosAbilities ABA Clinic is looking for ABA Program Assistant(s) to join our ABA programs.  As an ABA Program assistant, you will work under the supervision of our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analyst to deliver high-quality ABA interventions to our clients. You will learn ABA treatment protocols while working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at our clinic, their homes, as part of our ABA programs , and in community settings.

You will gain knowledge and experience in:

· Knowledge of ABA principles and treatment protocols

· Working at a clinic, home, and school setting

· Working with individuals with disabilities of all ages

· Gain experience following a treatment plan developed by a BCBA

· Gain experience working as an assistant in an ABA program.

Minimal Qualifications:

· Be at least 18 years old

· Have a high school diploma

· Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities

· Excellent communication skills

· Reliable transportation

· Be able to work day time hours in the summer 9am to 1pm Monday through Friday from June 26th to August 16th. 

Desired Education and Experience:

· Enroll in a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field such as Education or Speech Therapy

This position can become a part-time or full-time permanent position or a seasonal internship.
