We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Early Intervention and School-Age Programs. This role will work under the supervision of our Lead BCBA and will have a balanced caseload of clinic-based and home-based clients.
This hybrid position (50% remote, 50% onsite) allows flexibility while ensuring high-quality supervision and support for our families and team members. The salary is structured based on billable hour commitments, ensuring competitive earnings aligned with experience and productivity.
✅ Provide clinical supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians in our early intervention and school-age programs.
✅ Oversee the implementation of early intervention programs with a minimum of two days per week on-site at our Herndon clinic.
✅ Supervise a home-based caseload, requiring at least 25% of direct supervision to be in-person while allowing for remote supervision up to 50% of the time.
✅ Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, treatment goals, and progress monitoring.
✅ Conduct parent training and caregiver coaching to ensure generalization of skills.
✅ Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical and compliance standards.
We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team as a Therapeutic Consultant. This hybrid role provides flexibility while ensuring high-quality direct support and training for families and caregivers. The BCBA in this role will:
✅ Work under the supervision of our Lead BCBA to provide individualized therapeutic consultation services.
✅ Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized support plans.
✅ Provide therapeutic consultation services to families, caregivers, and direct support professionals with at least 50% in person consultation.
✅ Support individuals across home, group homes, day support programs, and community settings, focusing on behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and caregiver training.
✅ Train and coach caregivers to implement behavior support strategies effectively.
✅ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of behavioral strategies with individual needs.
✅ Monitor and adjust behavioral intervention plans based on data-driven decisions.
✅ Maintain compliance with Virginia Medicaid and DBHDS standards for therapeutic consultation services.
✅ Document services and progress reports in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
✔ Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
✔ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
✔ Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia.
✔ Strong data-driven decision-making and clinical supervision skills.
✔ Ability to balance remote and in-person work effectively.
